Reading letter #6 Raphael
I Jeanne read the book the people of sparks by Jeanne DuPrau. I read 352/352 pages. This book is about Lina and Doon. They have left from the underground city to the normal world above, and it isn’t long before others fallow them from the city of ember. All the people who had left from the city found another city where they were welcomed, given food, and shelter. But there is only a certain amount of resources in the city which causes they to groups to get angry at each other. Thing start happening such as vandalism. It is Lina’s and Doon’s job to find out who had been doing the vandalism.
This was a great book but if I could change something I would make it so that Lina and Doon’s mission was to do or find something bigger or more important. One thing I liked about this book is that the author uses a lot of detail to explain almost everything. I liked that it was a fast and easy read. Overall this was a great book and I would recommend this book to anyone who liked the City of Ember.
