Part 2 of 3
Nikki Keeter. Outgoing, original, a little different but always happy and positive. As a little girl Nikki wasn’t liked much either. People thought she was weird and annoying but in reality she just wasn’t afraid to be herself (e.g.-she pees her pants when she’s happy) Nikki had such a positive outlook on life that some people were just jealous of how happy she was all the time.
Nikki and her mom were really close, they were best friends and her mom was always there for her. They were the closest anyone has ever seen a mom and daughter. Nikki and her mom were so close because their personalities were similar and no one else really accepted Nikki for who she was.
Nikki was going into her 8th grade year and expected it to be a really good year. It was a week until school started and she got some horrible news. She found out that her mom died. This was tragic news and no one can fully recover from a death but with Nikki, she didn’t let it affect her whole life completely. Yes, it was hard and upsetting but she still always had a smile on her face and a positive outlook on life. Even though she now had no one to really talk to and no one really understood her for who she was she couldn’t let this bring her down.
Nikki would also soon meet someone that would change her life forever and accept her for who she was….

That is good but you need to reread your work to make sure it makes sense.

Kels-
I really like part 2, too! It describes Nikki in real life perfectly. There were no grammatical errors that I found. Good job!
