He is wheeling down this long narrow hallway. The boy comes to a stop and enters a room with three beds. He is put in the center bed. The boy observes an electric saw and all of these other sharp tools. He is waiting to get his cast removed. The scissors come out and start cutting off his cast. The gauze is removed and a bandage is left. He takes his phone out and snaps a picture. Now for the bandage to be removed, he sees a stitched up incision. He snaps another picture as a keepsake. The boy is now given an ankle brace to wear on the injured foot. He puts it on and wheels back down the same narrow hallway. Soon he will be on his way home.
