Christmas Morning
Kids get up
Rushing down stairs
To see if Santa Claus had come
All the presents fill them with joy
Paper and wrappers flying everywhere as the kids get their toy
Nothing is better than waking up
On Christmas Morning
The parents enjoy and watch their kids
Sometimes even joining in the fun
Because it doesn’t matter how old you are
On Christmas Morning
Everyone is filled with cheer
All the presents have been cleared
People start leaving, saying their good-byes,
Remembering the way they felt
On Christmas Morning.
