Dear Ms. Gibson

Author: ?

Short Article

The article was written shortly after the Space X Crew Dragon landing. It described how the mission may affect plans in the future in both positive and negative ways and how the two may adapt to that. The article specifically discussed how Space X has proven itself more than capable of human taking humans to space, and how his could affect NASA’s upcoming Artemis mission to return humans to the moon. The article raised the question of whether or not NASA should really be the one to take people to the moon, or if Space X has demonstrated that it, given adequate time and funding, can reach the moon in a more cost effective manner.

I enjoyed reading this article mainly because I love reading about space in general, and what upcoming plans different space agencies around the world have in store. I like how the author laid out the different options that NASA could take following Crew Dragon’s success and how these decisions would be carried out. The main question of the article is whether NASA should really be the ones to return humans to the moon, or if Space X could offer a faster and more cost-effective solution. I found this article to be important because NASA and Space X are major corporations that currently operate at the cutting edge of technology. This mean that whatever decision they make will have a major outcome. I like how the author explained the current events in an easy to understand manner, which makes people more interested in what the future may hold.

Sincerely,

Enzo

  1. Hi Enzo,
I’m with you when it comes to space. I love reading about it. Space X is pretty unique when you think about it. Do you like reading science fiction or true, more nonfictional articles about space?
