on hitchhikers and beggars

Some make 60-70 thousand

dollars a year

think about it

putting on a disguise

and robbing people

Some are legitimately

poor and need help

In Ozark I saw a person asking for

money on a corner and then next week I saw 

him begging in Nixa

He worked the streets like

a drug dealer

The fact is that

some people give him money and that is basically

stealing!
